How to Use Nyx Jumbo Eye Pencil: The Ultimate Tutorial

Makeup can be intimidating to those who don’t know how to use it. This post will show you how to use Nyx Jumbo Eye Pencil for a stunning, dramatic eye look. The first step is creating a base. You’ll need an eyelid primer and concealer for this step. I used NYX Cosmetics Shadow Insurance and NYX Concealer Jar in the shade Fair/Light.

The next step is using your desired color of Nyx Jumbo Eye Pencil as a base color on your lids and then blending it into your crease with a blending brush. For this tutorial, I used White Eyeshadow Base and White Jumbo Eye Pencil as my base color.

The last step is adding some definition to your eyes with accent colors! These colors should be placed on the outer corner of your eyes and blended inwards towards the pupil for a really cool effect.

Now that you’ve learned how to create a base, it’s time to move on to your accent colors. For this step, you’ll want to grab some color. I used Blonde Jumbo Eye Pencil as my first accent color, and I added some purple under the lower lash line for more definition.

The last step is adding liner! This will complete your dramatic eye look. I utilized NYX Cosmetics Jumbo Eye Pencil in shade Black Bean.

This phase will depend on what look you are trying to perform. For this tutorial, I wanted a dramatic, smokey eye, so I used Blonde Jumbo Eye Pencil in the outer corner of my eye and blended it inward towards my pupil.

Accent Colors

Accent colors are the small touches that can make your makeup look more dramatic and refined. I love to use them as a way to really bring out my eye color and create a unique eye shape.

The Nyx Jumbo Eye Pencils come in so many shades, matching every skin tone and eye color. They’re just $6 USD each, and they’re super creamy and easy to blend.

I recommend using a light shade on the inner part of your eyelid and then gradually darkening the color down towards the outer corner of your eye for a gradient effect. It’s time to go full-on glam!

Blonde is a versatile color that can be used on its own or added to any other makeup look. It’s great for highlighting your brow bone, defining your crease, and adding some shimmer to the inner corners of your eyes. To use Blonde, start by applying it to the outer corners of your eyes with either a brush or an angled liner brush (depending on how intense you want the color to be). Then blend it inwards towards the outer corner of your eye.

Choosing other colors for accent colors

When picking an accent color, you want to make sure that it’s complementary to your base color. You also want to make sure that the shades are similar enough so that you can blend them together seamlessly.

Choosing other colors for accent colors isn’t difficult! Just keep the following in mind:

– The lighter the shade, the more drastic it will be. The darker it is, the more muted and subtle it will be

– Colors next to each other on the color wheel are complementary (i.e. yellow and blue)

– Neutrals like browns and grays go well with any base color

Nyx White Jumbo Eye Pencil is a great tool for achieving a flawless base. If you’re looking to create a simple eye look, this is the perfect product to do so. The NYX White Jumbo Eye Pencil is long-wearing, soft, and easy to blend.
